Literature, Medicine, and Culture Colloquium
General interest meeting and discussion with Dr. Ashley Reed about publishing in Literature and Medicine

We will discuss the future direction of the Literature, Medicine, and Culture Colloquium, including the scope and frequency of our meetings. Also, Dr. Ashley Reed, a UNC graduate and current Mellon Postdoctoral Fellow in Digital Humanities at the Carolina Digital Humanities Initiative, will talk to the group about her experience co-editing a special edition of Literature and Medicine with Dr. Kelly Bezio, another recent UNC graduate, entitled “Religion and Medicine in American Literature.”
