The Incubator Awards: Research Grants for Creative Artists encourage UNC students in the arts to dive into special collections and archival research, providing financial and research support for projects using UNC’s historical and rare library materials as inspiration or source material. Undergraduate and graduate students from any creative discipline are encouraged to apply.

Learn more in person at an Informational Open House on Tuesday, October 101-4pm in Wilson Library. This will be a fun, informal, drop-in event where you can browse a smorgasbord of fantastic items that are usually locked away. Everyone is welcome! Students can ask questions about collections, research, the Incubator Awards, and discuss potential projects with librarians.

Proposals are due November 6, 2017.
