The Yale Review of Disability Experience is seeking submissions for their first print issue until March 1st. They will be accepting submissions for online publication on a rolling basis. The first issue will be published in the Spring (in April or May).
Their mission remains as intending to publish: Academic articles, opinion pieces, short- and long-form essays, and non-print multimedia submissions of merit that rigorously analyze, insightfully reflect, and/or creatively capture the many dimensions of disability studies, life, and experience.
They will be considering submissions from undergraduate and graduate students, in addition to professionals. They were not anticipating opening up the publication to professionals; however, given the enormous response they received from academicians and others, they are eager to see how this newest diversity of voices and experiences plays out.
