LMCC Meeting

For our first meeting of the semester, we will be focusing on the field of Science and Technology Studies (STS). Langdon Winner’s article, “Do Artifacts Have Politics” is now available on our “Readings” page, as well as the optional reading, a chapter from Sheila Jasanoff’s work, States of Knowledge: The Co-production of Science and Social Order.

All meetings will take place in the HHIVE Lab (Greenlaw 524). Boxed lunches from Panera will be provided. Please contact Calvin Olsen (calvino@unc.edu) with your order by Wednesday of this week.
