As part of the Geriatrics Workforce Enhancement Program, 166 students from 9 disciplines came together for 2 days to collaboratively plan 3 geriatrics cases as an interprofessional team. 25 small groups were formed with at least 1 student from Pharmacy, Occupational Therapy, Social Work, Nursing, Physical Therapy, Public Health, Nutrition, Medicine and Dentistry. Faculty modeled and coached interprofessional practice using 3 geriatrics cases.
