Based on a review of clinical HIV ‘cure’ research consent forms, Dr. Gail E. Henderson will describe key ethical dilemmas confronting investigators in study design and informed consent. Ms. Joann Kuruc and Dr. David Margolis will respond, from the perspectives of a clinical coordinator who recruits ‘cure’ trial participants and a physician/scientist who runs a network of ‘cure’ researchers and is a leader in field of HIV ‘cure’ research. This event will take place on Thursday, September 18 at 12pm at Brinkhous-Bullitt 219.
